6. Right of withdrawal (Terms and Conditions) (Cancellation Policy)

6.1 Statutory right of cancellation can be exercised within 14 days and without stating any reason for the cancellation. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered.

6.2 To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must send a clear declaration to the Seller by post or by email to [email protected].

6.3 You have the option to contact our customer service directly at +49 176 878 90 446 at the following times: Mon, Wed and Thu from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Alternatively, you can send us your phone number by email and we will call you back within 48 hours.

6.4 Please note: According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated, like personalised works of art, or products that are specifically tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

6.4 The Seller reserves the right to withhold compensation for any loss in value in accordance with § 357a para. 1 BGB if the delivered artworks are damaged by the customer.

6.5 If you wish to cancel the contract, this must be done in writing.
