4. Shipping and delivery conditions for limited-edition prints

4.1. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2. Delivery times and shipping costs are indicated in the online shop under the item ‘Shipping options’. They apply to the delivery, but not to any returns.

4.3 In the event of three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the delivery costs will be deducted from the amount paid.

5. Shipping and delivery conditions for unique and framed works

5.1 Delivery of picture sizes over 30 cm x 40 cm is subject to individual agreement. This is due to the increased security requirements involved in the delivery of such products. Both courier delivery and collection are possible. Once you have decided on a suitable product, we will contact you immediately to arrange the delivery formalities with you individually.

5.2. GOLDEN SECTION ART bears the costs of delivery. In the event of a return, the buyer bears the costs.
